Once considered “the world’s most neglected humanitarian crisis,” I spent years developing trailblazing international awareness campaigns, political advocacy, and on-the-ground community protection programs in areas of central Africa facing active LRA violence, which caused 92% reduction in killings and child abductions by Joseph Kony and his Lord’s Resistance Army (LRA) and the peaceful defection of dozens of LRA fighters, including senior leaders.

NYU Program in Educational Media (2021) : Handpainted maps, and stop-motion animation to illustrate travel and location during the pandemic, this virtually produced & pre-recorded musical adaptation of The Handless Maiden explored a visual & gestural vernacular rooted in American Sign Language (ASL), & brought to life by an international ensemble of Deaf, Hard of Hearing, & Hearing folx scattered throughout the country, & across the continent.
